If the patient resists any kind of treatment, the doctor is under oath and must find a way to treat them. The doctor has the power to help the patient. whether the patient wants it or not. If someone brings you into a hospital dying, there no doubt that they wouldn't help you. It is their job to help anyone in need. They can refuse the treatment and would rather die. All because of their religion, some can not take other people’s blood. They feel as if they are sinning. Some could even feel like if they take blood from someone else to keep them alive, that they will be punished somehow. The doctor has a right and power to treat the patient no matter what.
