How? Why? ‟,-With the proposition of a God. Aquinas argued five logical understanding towards Existence of Christ: 1.) The proof of motion, 2.) The proof from efficient cause, 3.) The proof of necessity vs. possible being, 4.) The proof from degrees of perfection, and 5.) The proof from design. These arguments presented by Saint Thomas Aquinas, have been considered valid arguments contributing to the existence of God. The argument he portrays with the strongest understanding of God is, governance of the world (also known as efficient cause and design). Aquinas’ argument visualizes God as the leader and creator of all life forms. Explaining how only with direction from a higher power, such as God, can creation understand and move through life with a knowledge of end result. Spoonville states “ He does not try to dissuade but give them permission to think their foolish thoughts” (Comete-Spoonville, 2003Page 2). Spoonsviles understanding portrays that atheist have no true validation in why they believe in “nothing” ( No God).
