Once they’re repeated, you continue after measure 8 to the end where it says ‘D. C. al Fine’. This is a term that may be used frequently in music. It means “da capo al coda”, which literally means ‘from the head to the tail”. People might still be confused on what to do, so what it is trying to tell you is that when you get to the end, you start the song over again from the beginning and then play to where there is a ‘Fin (Fine)’.
