Due to the breakdown of my car around 3:30pm on October 6th as I was approaching the University on Olster road, I rushed to park at the nearest garage which was just at the entry of the University Union garage. With fear and confusion flooding my mind also being my first semester at Towson University, I roamed around University Union building in search of the parking services office. With no avail after about 10-15mins I decided to go back to the parking lot. As I arrived I was greeted with a citation and luckily the issuer was still there and directed me to the parking services administration office after he also witnessed my grievances.
