Disabled Parking Violations

On 9/30/2017, I was conducting parking enforcement in the parking lot of 7720 Washington St. (Operation par) specifically looking for disabled parking violations.

I observed a white Honda utility bearing Florida license plate #645XTT Parked within a posted disabled parking space (above grade sign and blue lines). A computer check via FCIC/NCIC revealed this license plate to be expired as of 7-11-2016. Additionally FCIC/NCIC advised the registered owner (Greer Martin) of this vehicle to have a suspended Florida driver’s license. I ran the Disabled persons parking identification permit (#A9626973) located affixed to the rear view mirror which revealed it to be assigned to the registered owner of this vehicle. A search of the DHSMV DAVID database

So how could someone prove ownership without a title? I actually found several ways to prove ownership, the best options were to either get an allodial title, conditionally sign a state title, form a notarized document, or to make use of our guaranteed due process. Given the fact that due process comes in court only after legal citation my primary goal became to seek out an allodial title. As it turns out vehicle manufactures create allodial titles called Manufacturer 's Certificate of Origin or MCO, this is transferred to dealerships and they are provided upon purchase of a vehicle ("Vehicle Information Services"). Unfortunately I found out getting one of these would not be possible, all thanks to a play on power by the DMV.…

The Americans with Disabilities Act is a civil rights law created for individuals with disabilities. It came about from the disability rights movement where thousands of people began fighting against the segregation that people with disabilities were facing. They voiced that these individuals should be treated equally and get the same opportunities as everyone else and fought to make this happen. The ADA “prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public” (adata.org). It was created in 1990 and gives equal opportunities and rights for these individuals and allows them to participate in everyday…
