After 2010, It has undergone on a transformation under the leadership of Vishwavir Ahuja, MD & CEO (RBL Bank) from an old private sector Bank to New Age Bank . It has continuously expanding its presence across India through a growing network of branches and ATMs.
Since 2010, it has embarked on an aggressive growth plan based on a robust platform of professional governance, technology infrastructure, relationships, high quality capital and geographic expansion. Over the last five years, some of the most notable global and domestic names such as IFC, Gaza Capital, Aditya Birla PE, Emerging India Fund, Northwest Venture Partners India have infused capital of over Rs. 1,500 Crores, taking TIER 1 capital to Rs. 2,200 Crores (approx).
Today, RBL Bank offers products & services under five business verticals namely: Corporate & Institutional Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Financial Markets and Agriculture & Development Banking. It provide services to Corporates, SME’s , Agricultural Customers, Retail Customers. The Bank currently serves more than 15,00,000 customers and has a total business size of over Rs. 40,000

2. Project Details 2.1 Project Objectives Branch Inwarding Control Framework
• Document the various inwarding channels (along with templates) from a customer standpoint
• Evaluate the control mechanisms in the process to ensure document flow to the next level
• Document improvement areas for implementation
Organisational Structure
• Building a Database on the DNA of the Bank.
• Discuss the requirement with Business Verticals to Give TOP 3 level of Staff.

2.2 Scope of the project
• Branch : Fort
• Transactions : RTGS/NEFT, Internal Fund Transfer, FDR Opening Request, FDR Premature withdrawal, Net Banking Transaction/ Activation, Static Data Updation ( Change of Company Name, Address Change, Addition/ Deletion of Authorised Signatory)
• Analysis: Customer Interface, Difference between Corporate, retail and Insignia Customers)

2.3 Problem Statement
Deviations from the standard operating procedures of Financial and Non-Financial transactions at the branch level for Retail, Insignia and Corporate
