1.0 Introduction
The proton company is the one of Malaysian automobile manufacturer that was established in 1983, it’s headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor, with a manufacturing plant. Proton is the only car producer of Malaysia up to the establishment its competitors. PROTON is incapable to lead optimistic response in their customers every side if head and heart of that customers. PROTON still has wonderful prospective and capability to achieve superior in contribution for its customers products in the highest quality and services. It is a core member of Proton Holdings Berhad, the holding company which is listed on Bursa Malaysia. the equity of Malaysia Over 42% of its owned by a government company Khazanah Nasional Berhad, making it government-linked.

OPPORTUNITIES
 Progressing low emission vehicles and alternative power sources, the opportunity of market is low emission vehicles and the higher alternative power sources.
 Mid segment economical small Cars.
THREATS
 Too many competitors in automotive industry, the competitors of the automobile are more to the world special Malaysia so this cause affects the Honda automobile.
 Lower cost competitors, according to the competitors of Honda their product are low cost.
 Economic slowdown, the economics of the world generally down.
 Regaining the lead of low emissions is a risky proposition as other companies are coming out with new and cost effective ideas of producing low emission vehicles.
 External changes, are the other factor caused to decrease the operations of the company such (government, politics, taxes, Steel Prices etc).
5.0 Competitor’s weakness and opportunity
In this analyze I will focus only two sides to compare proton competitors those are Honda, Toyota and Perodua and they are:
1. Opportunity and
2. Weaknesses.
