The crucial issues I would confront in managing change would be to face irritated and furious employees who are scared they lose control. Moreover, changes in power due to the change in the documentation process can lead to resistance.
That can be threat of power at individual level as well. Serious issues leading to problems would involve economic factors that result from the system improvement. Certain employees may lose economic advantages when others may gain prestige. Overall, these changes translate into strong resistance. It is critical that employees must accept change, and action must be taken so that opposition is beaten.
To conclude, my solution would be to focuses on leadership, the documentation system, and the trust and willingness through managers and employees. Overcome resistance to change represents a real ambition and I think that leadership can help me by implementing a vision for PolyProd that each employees could accept and understand.
