In this paper I will discuss my personality characteristics using the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, and how it is used in determining my specific personality type. I will also provide my specific formula that describes my personality type upon completion of this test, and how it relates to my job. My specific personality formula determines how my relationships and personality affect the decisions I make at work. Each letter of the formula represents one of my personality. This formula determines how I interact with my co-workers and my behavior at work. It also shows some of the strengths and weaknesses of being an introvert, sensing, feeling, and judging. Knowing my personality traits will help me to have better relationships in my organization, and allow me to understand how I interact with my co-workers. The Myers-Briggs Personality test will allow me to learn about my unique personality traits. It will also allow me to learn about my temperaments that go with my personality formula. The four letter formula will help me to better understand my personality, and will also allow me to see how these traits affect my behavior at work.
Myers-Briggs Personality Test
The Myers-Briggs Personality Test identifies an individual’s personality and consists of a number of questions based on Carl Jung and Isabel Briggs typological approach to personality (Jung Typology Test, 2015). Upon answering the questions it provides a formula along with a description of an individual’s personality type (Jung Typology Test, 2015). I completed the test and my formula was ISFJ. This formula means that I am introverted, sensing, feeling, and judging.
