Personalities do tend to differ based on the various things such as the time of the week, time of the day, awareness, and even physical appearances. Personally, I feel my personality is acceptable and can improve, but with the help of a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a Big Five Personality Model, I have a new form of identity for myself. First, Robbins and Judges identified extraverted individuals as “outgoing, sociable, and assertive” and introverted individuals as “quiet and shy”. We took our favorite Game of Thrones characters, dead or alive, and assigned them to a Myers-Briggs personality type. I have worked as a waitress since 2012 and enjoy holding this position for a number of reasons. Firstly, it quenches my extrovert desire for social interaction with a range of customers. Secondly, extroverts communicate with obvious enthusiasm, which makes me successful at ensuring customer satisfaction. I approach all tasks with enthusiasm and high expectations of myself, and if my expectations are not met, I am hard on myself.…
