The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a great tool used to discover your personality and to help you discover what will help you do your job better. However, according to Pittenger, David J from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, TN, US the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is not flawless in detecting your personality it will often get it wrong. However, the way Pittenger tries to back up his flawed opinion by using confusing hypothesis, vocabulary, ideas and lacks longer counter sentences from others to argue against his opinion and uses longer sentences to back up his own opinion. This stops him from showing his opinion about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator being flawed.
