My full legal name is Diego Martinez, I am 21 years old and I am full time student while working a part time job. I have always worked while attending school and that goes to show my responsibility and effort that I put to both my education and work experience. I consider myself an ambitious person that is always striving for greatness. I am also a team player that knows how to build solid relationships and work in a team.
2. Why should I hire you?
In all honesty, I believe that you should hire me because I am the best person for the job. I know that there are a lot of other candidates, but I know that my experiences and education are a perfect fit for this job. I have worked in the banking industry for nearly two years and it has provided me working in a fast-paced environment, like this job. Also, I’ve had a lot of success in school; always being on top of my class. My education will help make the transition smooth.

Managers are in a leadership role, everyone looks up to them and rely on them; they are the captain of the ship. Also, a successful manager is a manager that has a vision for themselves, for everyone in the team and for the whole company. A manager is a person that doesn’t only go to work just to get through the day, they go to work to get closer and closer to a common goal. I’d like to tell you about a person whom I consider to be a true leader, I will never forget my high school football coach. He is the best leader that I’ve had my whole life; he had a huge impact on my life.
