My full legal name is Diego Martinez, I am 21 years old and I am full time student while working a part time job. I have always worked while attending school and that goes to show my responsibility and effort that I put to both my education and work experience. I consider myself an ambitious person that is always striving for greatness. I am also a team player that knows how to build solid relationships and work in a team.

Also, a successful manager is a manager that has a vision for themselves, for everyone in the team and for the whole company. A manager is a person that doesn’t only go to work just to get through the day, they go to work to get closer and closer to a common goal. I’d like to tell you about a person whom I consider to be a true leader, I will never forget my high school football coach. He is the best leader that I’ve had my whole life; he had a huge impact on my life. He had all the leadership skills that he needed to be the leader of our team and he also had a huge vision for the whole team, and it wasn’t only to be successful in the football field, but to be successful in life and he did a great job in molding us and teaching us life
