Personal Narrative: The Fight

That night a fierce fight had been going on between a Royal and a Guardian. One of my closest friends, Jimmy, the brother of the leader for the Guardians, was killed during that fight. My mom was an alcoholic and my dad was never home. I had a brother,but I felt that he sometimes did not understand me.Jimmy was the only Guardian who I could understand me. He was a cool cat. I felt so aggravated and hurt that I decide to go out and kill a Royal for revenge. It was raining furiously. I started walking down the alley and saw a person with a purple silk Royals jacket. I ran up behind him,and before he could even talk I stabbed. Once he fell on to the sidewalk I saw written on his jacket was the name Andy. I had seen him around before. He did not come to rumbles that much and he did not talk a lot either. It was 11:03PM when I stabbed him,and then I fled the scene. I went to leader of the Guardians. I did not know where to go. I had neither friends nor family in Bronx. There were so many question going through my head. Was it right to kill that Royal? Would Jimmy have been proud or angry at me? The next morning I woke up and found myself sleeping in a grungy dumpster. I saw people selling newspapers with the title BREAKING NEWS: 16 YEAR OLD STABBED TO DEATH. My brother had gave me some money, so I bought one newspaper and started reading it. I felt horrible after reading the article. I decided to go to a bar and get loaded,so I could forget about the Royal. I woke up the next morning again in a dumpster. I decided to go find a job because I was not going to sleep in that skanky dumpster one more time. I started walking around diner after diner, shop after shop. Finally a small food market accepted me as a cashier. I did not get that much money, but it was a start. After weeks of working, I finally rented a little cramped apartment. Every night I had nightmares that the police were going to barge in and take me to
