My weakness is that I tend to jump to conclusions sometimes and have a tendency to speak out of turn. I know that I can overcome this weakness but fully engaging in the conversation and actively listen before I speak out of turn and interrupt the client. I plan to practice this in future mock counseling sessions as well as in my everyday personal and professional
