Recent generations have become so familiarized with new technology, which they tend to get caught up with social media. The definition of a Narcissist is, “a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves.” Becoming so caught up with yourself, creates a large lack in good judgment for avoiding dangerous situations and you forget to attend obligations that you normally would attend. Many young relationships do not stick, because of the lack of commitment. The morals are lost. Children are so caught up with TV shows or their IPad games, that they lose the ability to interact with other children their age or even older human beings. They don’t care how they get it, no interest needed. This is looking at more the business administration route. You ask a senior in high school what they want to do after high school, the answer is almost always, “Well… get a job that makes a lot of money”. The true meaning of how your interests should shape what you go to college for and what kind of job you will have in the future are distinguished. Kids these days, believe that everything is done for making money, and becoming a famous celebrity. The invention of the Television, shows students what it takes to become famous easily, which leads to working in large companies, such as “Goldman Sachs”, just because they will be famous with lots of money in their pockets. “The Impulse Society”, has made our kiddos more greedy, narrow-minded, and has turned into a bad habit as a norm. The concept of, “work” as been degraded immensely. Children look up to their parents and grandparents to examine how much money they are receiving and how they are working, to show them how much money they could earn doing the same thing. interested is not a factor in what they do for their job, they just see the dollar signs behind the checks they see every two weeks or so.
