Opportunities and threats should be carefully analyzed as well. Some opportunities we can take advantage over are some businesses have been requesting help with installations. We need to take as many jobs as we can do to grow our business. We can also attempt to find more businesses that we can offer technical support to. Threats that we can expect to come with mainly would be competition. Businesses with big names want to keep their position. Larger businesses can easily offer more discounts and keep their profit because of their size. We should always keep a keen eye on opportunities and threats equally. Our first objective in advertising would be to create and host a website that people can order. This will make it much easier for people to get an idea of what our services are outside of our small advertisements. Secondly, we should contact churches, grocery stores, and newspapers that might have a bulletin board or an advertisement slot available. We should put as many advertisements out as we can. Websites like Craigslist and Google would also be ideal locations to advertise. Google offers advertising as putting your link higher on the search results. Our company would pay for each click that the link got. Costs per link vary heavily on what keywords we request. We should wait a few months before working on getting advertisements on google to save efficiency. Next, we should send out coupons offering a grand opening discount for possibly 10%-20% off on a service. With no name, we need to find some way to convince people they should look to us for their needs, an effective way is to offer discounts that rival other options available. Senior homes would also be a good place to visit to offer any computer assistance or teaching to anyone who may want it. Walking around busy places in town handing flyers out could also attract some means of business. Social media is also a very ideal place to show our following base with. While we would like to keep away from third-party delivery options, we would also like to spend more time working on peoples products rather than delivering them. At first this will be less of a concern but it would be a good idea to plan ahead. When starting out we will ask for products to be sent in through our mail or dropped off at a reasonable time. When returning the item we will give them the options of picking up, mailing through third-party, or we can personally deliver it. Delivering ourselves would have a limit of how far we would actually go out to deliver their product. Depending on where they live would decide if we would offer that option to them. When we get to a point where we have plenty of devices to work on we will need to scrap the delivering ourselves option and rely on mailing services. USPS would be our first pick with we have had good experiences in the past and their flat rate boxes make it easy to price. We would have the customers pay for the shipping and handling of their device. They will still have the option of picking their device up if

Price sensitivity should encourage the customers to buy things only when promoted into a sale rather than buy at the regular retail price.
