We need to take as many jobs as we can do to grow our business. We can also attempt to find more businesses that we can offer technical support to. Threats that we can expect to come with mainly would be competition. Businesses with big names want to keep their position. This will make it much easier for people to get an idea of what our services are outside of our small advertisements. Secondly, we should contact churches, grocery stores, and newspapers that might have a bulletin board or an advertisement slot available. We should put as many advertisements out as we can. While we would like to keep away from third-party delivery options, we would also like to spend more time working on peoples products rather than delivering them. At first this will be less of a concern but it would be a good idea to plan ahead. When starting out we will ask for products to be sent in through our mail or dropped off at a reasonable time. When returning the item we will give them the options of picking up, mailing through third-party, or we can personally deliver it. Delivering ourselves would have a limit of how far we would actually go out to deliver their product. Depending on where they live would decide if we would offer that option to them. When we get to a point where we have plenty of devices to work on we will need to scrap the delivering ourselves option and rely on mailing services. USPS would be our first pick with we have had good experiences in the past and their flat rate boxes make it easy to price. We would have the customers pay for the shipping and handling of their device. They will still have the option of picking their device up if
