Professional Development Plan Analysis

The purpose of this professional development plan (PDP) is to focus, evaluate and prioritize my development activities. I will use this tangible tool for future reference and to identify specific to-do tasks to keep my career choices on track for success. I believe this professional development plan will aid in achieving promotions and monetary raises for the quality of knowledge I bring to the table.
I will use this tool to identify the resources that I need to access to complete this plan on time.
I have identified some short-term and long-term career goals and my action plan for the next two years. I have also added a visual timeline to aid tracking of my goals.
