List three competitive advantages of omni-channel. Lets take Nordstrom, it took millions of dollars and reinvested back into the tech part of the company. The company was able to collect data from partnering with Instagram and Pintrest, and allowed customers to follow links to place items into wish lists or baskets. As each customer clicked the more Nordstrom was able to find a pattern of what each person likes and dislikes. They are able to know if you swipe over an item or if you click onto it. They know if you scroll down and read the specs and sizes. They learn about you and know what size you are with out you even knowing it.
