My Cognitive Behavior

The reality is that prior to modifying my health behavior, my thoughts and actions to induce my self in a more rigorous and challenging active lifestyle was none existence. The lack of physical activity was a major source to the change in my body. The negligence to do something and reduce my sedentary behavior was low and there was a lack of motivation. The tendency has become to avoid activity after work and to reduce the time at the gym from previously working full week to just attending one to two days of the week. Thu, restructuring and challenging my cognitive behavior will be essential to initiate a change in the way my health behavior is structured right now, before I start making initial changes in my lifestyle.
