Lots of people know it’s best to exercise 5 days a week for about an hour each day, but many people would rather play Destiny or Skyrim than go outside and play a game like soccer or lacrosse. In the following paragraphs I will explain the pros and cons of getting at least 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week and how it can affect your lifestyle.

An unexpected benefit of exercise is a reduced amount of stress. Another would be the fact that exercise boosts happy chemicals in your body and in some cases can be just as effective as antidepressant pills. Something else would be the proven idea that it prevents cognitive decline by building up chemicals in the brain that support and even deny degeneration
