It was very easy how I found most of my recipients, I asked my local friends, classmates, and workers, who I knew lived an active life, either by going to the gym or running. This sample type is called convenience sample. Out of the 24 recipients, I have chosen 20, with 14 being males and six being female. From the last four, two did not go to the gym, and one was on and off the gyms, and the last, the person did not even listen to music (this person is survey 17, which I found the most interesting, will discuss about this in the last special reports section).
