Music Discourse Analysis

Exigence:
My new discourse is a deeper understanding of music. Not just the technique of the musical, but also the feeling behind it and hearing that in it.
This discourse is necessary because when composers write music there is something they want to get across. It is important for musicians to be able to feel what the composer wants us to feel so that when the musician performs it themselves they can try and get that feeling across as well. For me, this discourse was needed at that time so that I could gain a deeper appreciation for music and was able to play more passionately afterword.
This discourse should allow musicians to refine their skills and bring it to the next level. Anyone can play music well, but not everyone can evoke feeling through their music as well.
The most apparent topic is music as a whole.

If not, they are supposed to listen to music with new ears and try to feel what composers are trying to put out there for the listeners.
Rhetors:
The rhetor is the person who introduces or helps you understand the discourse. My story is also someone else’s because we have all needed to learn something and had someone come along the way and teach you something even if you didn’t think you needed to learn it at that time.
The audience thinks that Joel is the rhetor in my story because he is the one who helped me increase my understanding of music. It is the same because like I said the rhetor is the person who helps guide your understanding of a certain discourse.
Audience:
My audience can be a range of any type of person. I think that the audience is more diverse because anyone could benefit from it. All people should be able to feel what composers want them to in their music. The audience could be a child learning how to play an instrument, or an adult who enjoys listening to music. Really anyone who enjoys music and wants to have a deeper understanding of
