“I’ll be a singer, a cantor, I’ll go to the Conservatory’. (Gauthier, Chagall, and music) Marc Chagall was an interesting artist, as a child he not only wanted to be a singer, he wanted to be an artist, dancer, a violinist, a poet. In short, he wanted to be an artist. (Gauthier, Chagall, and music) Marc Chagall was greatly inspired by music, why did he infuse music and art together in his artistic career.
While attending, the exhibition Chagall: Fantasies for The Stages at the Los Angeles County Museum of Arts, I found that the exhibit was categorized into different sections, from the costumes and set exhibit, he designed and worked on different productions such as Aleko, Firebird, The Magic Flute and Daphnis and Chloe.
