Maintaining healthy habits can help people to develop a happy and productive life. It is important to keep ourselves healthy all the time, whether physically, mentally, spiritually or emotionally. Each of us has his or her own healthy habits. Personally, I believe that out of these four aspects of wellness, physical health will be the most important for me. I am more aware of my habits on drinking, exercising, resting and especially eating. Eating meals on time, eating nutritious food (balanced meal), and avoid eating junk foods were suggestions of my parents to me which later on influenced my eating habits. Personally, eating meals on time is a very important eating habit for me. Consuming meals at different times may cause our body to feel more stressed compared to consuming it on a

In order to become healthy, I need to be aware of the nutrition and water that I should take on a daily basis. It can also help my body to develop a healthy digestion. My definition of well-balanced meal should contain carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Basically, I will choose rice, bread or noodles which gives me carbohydrates, meats or eggs for proteins, some fruits and vegetables for vitamins and minerals. I would prefer to eat vegetables every meal and taking fruits once a day because fruits are too sweet for me. My mother told me every time that I should not eat too many foods that are deeply fried because it can contain many oil which is not good for our body. She said that the best way to eat healthy is to have balanced meat, even though vegetables are really good for our health, too much of it can be bad. Fluid intake is also important because our body needs water to function properly. Taking suggested amount of water every day can help our body to maintain body temperature, to transfer the nutrients, and it also eliminate waste inside our
