Nowadays, a healthy lifestyle is presumably popular among the society. There are many things lead to healthy lifestyle such as foods, exercises, hereditary diseases, etc. Healthy lifestyle affects daily activities. Therefore, even without us realizing, it affects ours too. There are many ways society affects our lifestyle. For example, witnessing our friends who are on diet may attract us to follow them too, especially for women. Or perhaps, we have developed some habits to live healthy life seeing that our parents have taught us how to be healthy. Moreover, healthy foods are now can be found anywhere in convenient store or supermarket. Sometimes they even provide special racks to offer some organic food. Then, by not knowing what type of exercise that suitable for us may cause several bad effects too. Being in a healthy lifestyle does not mean disease-free. We could still be infected by certain diseases such as cancer, uric acid, and more. Sadly, those are the diseases that cannot be avoided or prevented if our genes are positively inherited them.

As it was stated before, healthy lifestyle consists of foods, exercises, and hereditary disease. Many people think that it is best to stick to diet in such a very healthy way, like if you have decided to be a vegetarian or fruitarian (a group of people whom only consume fruits to survive). However, a very strict healthy diet that continues for quiet a long time might be bad eventually, as our body does not receive a qualified nutrient. As Claudia Odermatt, who is a nutritionist, says, ”Balance is the key word to staying healthy.” In order to be balanced in a diet, we have to vary our diet. Incorporate all different kinds of healthy food such as meat with pasta or vegetables with grains. There is another thing that we cannot prevent which is hereditary disease. It is a disease or disorder that is acquired hereditarily by our progenitors who has experienced it.
