Obesity is a problem that is around the world. Being overweight can cause a lot of health risks. It can cause coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type 2 diabetes, abnormal blood fats, metabolic syndrome, cancer, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, gallstones, and reproductive problems. Now instead of thinking and worrying about the problems that could happen, think on how to prevent it. Many people think that losing weight can be easy and fast. That is a huge misunderstanding that people think. To lose weight just follow these fundamental series. In order to lose fat successfully you must have mental training, nutrition, cardio training, and weight training. Foods that gives a gentle effect on blood sugar. Fruits, vegetables and whole grain. Each meal should be with broccoli or green salad. Essentially with whole grains like brown/white rice, and pasta. However, a lot of the protein foods can be high in fat, so they should take from lean protein sources. Such as chicken, eggs, beans, meat and nuts and seeds. Ectomorphs are the skinny, they should intake more carbohydrates. Lastly, mesomorphs are naturally well athletic and can eat anything that falls in between an endomorph and ectomorph.
Endomorphs are usually the protein type, ectomorph are usually the carbohydrate type, mesomorphs are usually the mixed type. Everyone is different, physiology speaking. Find out what fuel sources (foods) are the best for you to consume. Coffee might not be as effective to one person as how it can be to another.
The last thing should be cardio and weight training. Once you have gathered all your information together you should be ready to start working out. To begin you need to start going to the gym, and it could be something hard to begin with. In order to make a change you need to get out of your comfort zone, and start creating new habits. Always think “habit” not “diet”. Program the new routine into your brain and get used to
