In this essay, I will teach you the perfect workout routine to help you get in shape and feel better about yourself. Anytime you get ready to work out it is always very important to stretch first thing. After you stretch you should gather all the equipment you plan on using during your workout. After you have well-educated yourself on how to properly use all the equipment, you are then ready to go ahead with your workout. When you start your workout, you will always start with a light jog then you will begin to lift weights and then finish up with some form of cardiac workout. After you have completed your workout, it is always a good idea to stretch again. When you finish stretching always put any equipment that

Once you have completed your two minute run, you are ready to start lifting weights. You first need to start with one dumbbell in each hand at your preferred weight. The first thing you need to do is to curl the dumbbells twenty times with each arm at the elbows. Then you will need to hold the dumbbell out in front of your body while doing ten squats. When you finish up with the dumbbells, you will go ahead and go to the weight bench. Once you are at the weight bench, you will lay down on the bench and put your hands on the bar shoulder width apart. When you are ready you will slowly lift the bar off the bench rack and fully extend your arms while holding on to the bar. Once you have fully extend your arms you will slowly start to bring the bar back down to your chest. After you have completed those steps five times, you will now put the bar back up on the bench rack. Now it is time to get the dumbbells and do some lateral box step ups. A lateral box step up is wear you lift up your foot and put in on the bench the you push your body up to where you are standing on the bench then you will step of the bench in the other
