The lines of open communication would favor Bosworth greatly in view of the fact that her employees may actually become a more efficient part of her workforce. This type of strategy would show the compassion that Lisa Bosworth has for her employees and it will restore faith, trust, and efficiency in all the employees that will stay employed in Westwood Publishing Company.
