I was so happy to hear from you, and the fact that you are reaching out for help with your problems is amazing. I see that you have a number of problems: disability; problems with a family; bad time management;constant state of embarrassment and anxiety; low self-esteem and frustration. I understand that you do not see the way out, but you should realize that there is always a way out. I will kindly ask you to follow my plan of actions that will definitely help you. First of all, you should realize that you are ready for changes in your life. You should learn how to prioritize things. Make a plan of activities that you want to manage during a day in a hierarchical order: from the most important activity to the least important one. Learn to organize your work: make a schedule of activities, learn to clearly define the goals and objectives of activities (probably, some of them are less significant than you consider them to be). The basics of time management will provide you with the knowledge of how to do everything on time. Time organization will reduce your level of embarrassment and anxiety and it will contribute to an increase of your self-esteem. Do daily meditations which will help you relax and concentrate. Daily meditation is likely to decrease the level of stress and, as a result, you will manage to find a common language and mutual understanding with family members.
