Leadership Conundrum Analysis

The leadership conundrum that I developed was called “How can I promote development while at the same time striving for incomparable result”? I developed this conundrum due to the interest that I have always had with ensuring that employees were effectively developed. Moreover, this subject I believe is an important element in any organization being able to positive work environment where managers and employees are able to increase the overall effectiveness through employee development. Zafar Gul stated “In today’s fast changing business environment and tough global competition, organizations are it difficult to function at optimal level. There where are total of three exercises performed on each of the modes of prospecting. The first week consisted on the formal discussion on the objectives, where I explained what the objectives of each evolution. Next, each recruiter was required to role play with me on each of the task that was explained to them. Each recruiter was graded on how well they performed each specific task. And finally, each recruiter was required to complete employment documentation package that is required to begin employment with the organization.
The first study performed was cold calling applicants. In the controlled environment, each recruiter had to engage with an applicant over the phone to attempt to set an appointment with the applicant. During the phone prospecting evolution, each was evaluated on the following factors: building report, blueprinting to determine of the applicant is qualified and handling applicant rejections. Additionally, each recruiter was graded on how well he or she did in each of the graded
