In this paper I argue that as a job, a headhunter is very interesting for me. It is crucial to understand how we can find the information when we try to get a job. Normally, job seekers use a job seeking site like Saram In or Job Korea, however some people prefer to receive a help form a head hunter. It is a well-known fact that head hunters are very useful especially for job seekers with experience. This book is about the head hunters’ life. For the great majority of people, head hunter is not familiar job because of three reasons. First almost all people use job seeking sites because they believe it is convenient. Second, the history of head hunter is not long, and there is not enough number of head hunters in Korea. Finally, head hunters are looking for limited workers with professional skill like programmers, engineers and designers. …show more content…
At that time I was facing a promotion to senior salesman, however I needed to study for TOEFL and GMAT, so I wanted to quit company immediately. The head hunter gave me an advice that if I quit my job right now, my future employers would be able to think that I could not be promoted to senior salesman, and it was the main reason why I decided to quit my company. It was very persuasive advice for me. So I had decided to stay until got promotion three month later. Because of her, I have a favor to head hunters. They have an expertise as a professional, try to help a lot of people to find a job. The author of this book is a successful head hunter.
