I dove right into answering the leadership practices inventory – constituent worksheet without understanding the whole question or reflecting on my actions. I felt that if I was reactive to each question it would better represent me first hand. I believe these self-subjective responses are bias because it’s my reflection of what I think I am and not of what other think of me. My leadership style should not be judge or can be improved if I am the one evaluating my perspectives. But nonetheless, it’s done; therefore, let see what I think of myself according to this LPI worksheet.

I felt that everything our Soldiers does to get closer to our Units’ missions were detrimental and each Soldier plays an important role to the bigger logistic picture. I felt the same way when I came to UCSOP. I bought into the concept that all 74 of us will graduate in 2019, and that we will help each other in becoming the best pharmacy students we can be during this four years. The reality kicks in and after the 2nd exam from each class; there was always someone failing each exams in 50s and 60s percentile. I reached out via email to the Class of 2019 asking them to seek help if they have difficulty adapting and for those that made it seems easy to help out, but it seems it wasn’t effective because we continue to have failing exam grades.
