2. How do you feel about Kaepernick’s protest? I have heard people describe Kaepernick’s actions as between misguided and revolutionary, do you think Kaepernick’s protest is productive?
3. In a climate in which it is pretty clear Kaepernick will not play in the NFL this year, what do you think the most productive response to the NFL can be for Black people.
4. Is Kaepernick’s fight a fight for all Black people? When I think through Kaepernick’s battle I just can’t help but think about if (and how it did) happen in the civil rights movement where Black people were denied work because of being Pro-Black. In some way, how do we as Black people work to make sure that our jobs will not be taken because of our caring for other Black people?
