Itg Help Desk Case Study

Hi Nancy,

I spoke with ITG's Help Desk and explained the situation to them. The gentleman on the phone indicated unless we know what group this should go to this issue will not get resolved. He wrote up a help desk ticket and posted it out there to see if some one will be able to help. We will have to wait a day or two, then if no one works it, it will be canceled.
