Mosaic and Agency Supports:
Mosaic provides case management and day services for Brittany. She lives with Sandy through the Mosaic at Home, (Shared Living), service. Assessments and behavioral plans are created with staff and Brittany to aid in decreasing her behaviors and provide the appropriate support for her. Safety trainings are provided for Brittany to make sure she knows what to do in case of bad weather, fires, and safety in the community. Brittany has yearly physicals, which include vision, hearing, dental, and other health needs as they may arise. She is on birth control, and she goes to the gynecologist for this, also. Since Brittany has a mental health issues, she goes to the mental health facility in the area where she lives.
