There should be a regular review, I have an initial IAG session which will be used to assesses the clients expectations and put a plan in place and then a review every 12 weeks to monitor the progress of the client, making any changes as necessary as we go.
We have a review of our IAG services once a month in which we discuss the processes that are used as well as if there are any improvements to be made. Our processes are governed by the Matrix Standards and we use these to ensure our practice is of the highest standard.
I also have a review with my Quality Assure Officer within the Trust who will look at my work regularly throughout the year, and I will comply with any issues that she sees, and make adjustments accordingly in line with
