I feel like even if you were to sit that person down and explain what is going on, they would still not take accountability for their actions. I think though if the group has set rules in place and that person is not taking responsibility for them then a conversation needs to be had with that person. I think if you’re just honest with them about what was expected of them and then give examples of why they aren’t living up to those expectations, hopefully they’ll change or step up. I can’t stand slackers in groups or in any other setting. I’m a very type A person so when people decide to wait until the last minute or don’t do it at all it stresses me out. It really bugs me when everyone doesn’t do their share to make the groups successful. I’m always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the group is successful as a whole so I think it is rude when someone slacks off or doesn’t seem to
