Communication came from the Latin word “Communis” which means to share. Basic need for an effective communication is mutual understanding of ideas. A perception based world is inevitably marching towards communication barrier. Great emphasis always been given to the crucial role of perception in communication. As an example, socially or professionally a young person will always be perceived as inexperienced and not worthy for crucial responsibilities regardless their actual capability.
