Make-a-Bed is a manufacturing and distributor plant which is located in three different States Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. The president of the firm wishes to contract a cost-effective method, which he deems potential through facility combination and streamlining of the manufacturing process. For this process to take place the company advertised for a consultant or industrial engineer to oversee. John saw this job opportunity and applied for it, with his conditions as a solo practitioner. He then gets the chance, but given his situation, the president alters the requirements and gives him the position as an independent contractor who would recommend on how to attain the company goal within a year. The clerk should update the computer system to evade error and minor mistakes. I would make sure of adequate supervision and competence on an employee. All expense realized during the working hours should be reimbursed to either the employee or an independent contractor (O'Brien, 2016). There are majorly three policies to follow on this issues, the first will be standard hiring formality, and it should be the priority. The next step would be a standard contract must be considered and signed by both parties at the beginning of the work agreement.
