1. How is k-12 program better than the previous curriculum? One area would be this, in the k-12 program the student has the, has four choices, four choices on what track to take in preparation. So one is on academic, if the student would really want to get into university into college, or if they want to be in Arts and Design, They can work after this in the field of conducting or say, what we call directing we look into that as part. And then to sports they have two choices they can either go. And by the way for arts and design they can also proceed to college. Then in sports they can proceed to college and then when they go to college then they can choose whether they will have to get into sports, coaching for example they can go to teaching. Then we have tech-voc the so called tech-voc livelihood track. For the tech-voc livelihood track they can choose T for technology, V for Vocational and L for Livelihood. If they get into tech-vo after when they finish senior high school they can proceed or they can work. Actually, for the k-12 program we have these three choices of the student either that they are going to business, small business. What are the benefits of the k-12 curriculum for our Filipino students? Of course, one of it is what I’ve mentioned. Just to give you an example we have some engineers, already professionals in the Philippines before the k-12 program. They have already finished, they were able to take engineering, take the board exam they are able to pass. So they were already engineers. When they were in Japan, they went for work they work was not as an engineer but rather as a technician. So that’s the difference, because of our luck of two years in basic education.
