On June 06, 2016, at about 0942 hours, a tip was received about individuals trespassing on Hamblen County School Board property behind Lincoln Middle School, 219 Lincoln Avenue. Upon investigation Barbara Morgan-Tyler was found ot have established a camp within the wooded area that was clearly posted with no trespassing signs. Mrs. Tyler advised that she had been told that the property belonged to the school, moreover, she advised she had knowledge she was not allowed to be on the property because another property owner had given her.

A call was make to Dr. Dale Lynch to confirm the Hamblen County Board of Education has placed the signs on the property, moreover, if they wanted Mrs. Morgan-Tyler cited for her actions. Dr. Lynch confirmed
