How Is Animal Farm Manipulated

In the novel Animal Farm, George Orwell tell us a story about a farm that is overworked and has animals being mistreated. These animals set a goal to create a farm with freedom, equality, and most important no humans. In the novel, the animals think that the pigs are the most intelligent and the pigs become the leader of the farm. The animals had no clue that soon their fellow leaders will become humans and that they would be manipulated to do as the pigs wish. Orwell basically is saying that humans are easily manipulated into doing or believing things that are wrong just how he showed us in the novel. Humans follow and listen to what any person that’s in charge is saying and they don’t question it, they just simply assume it must be right. The pigs showed superiority and that made the animals trust the pigs, slowly they started changing things but the pigs would say it was so that the humans wouldn’t come back. Social hierarchy was a big thing in the novel, the pigs were the highest then the rest of the other animals. You also need to have honesty, be friendly, work as a team and never let down your team. The animals thought that since the pigs were the smarter ones they were the only ones qualified to rule the farm, but that isn’t true they were smart but they didn’t have any of the other qualities they needed.
