“Common Sense” is written by Thomas Paine in 1776, the pamphlet, at that time, basically talks about the idea of America declaring its independence. At first Thomas Paine starts off with very general reflections about the problem government had. Thomas later on starts getting more into detail of the status of the colonial situation. As countrymen started reading what Thomas had to say, many of them started believing in the way he was thinking. Soon after, the Constitution of the United States was in some way written after “Common Sense”. Thomas had a clear view on how to do it, attack the government they had. At that time everybody knew how bad the government was but Thomas showed it publicly how tyrant the government were. Thomas made clear points on how the government was nothing but bad news for the countrymen in the new world, in his book he established some sort of a debate stating the differences between the government and the communities. Paine stated that when people come together to accomplish good things, then that’s a positive, but problems start occurring when the government tries to interfere.
