I have found these daily practices to be beneficial in all areas of my life. I hope they help you as much as they have helped me.
1. Upon awakening we get in touch with our spiritual beliefs
2. We seek power from our spiritual beliefs

Everything in this life that I have excelled at usually required a great deal of practice and repetition. “Repetition makes the master” we are seeking progress rather than perfection. If you are one of those people who are always beating themselves up (like me) and believing that you must do everything perfect then, Stop it! Little can be accomplished in life if we are not willing to be imperfect. Let us try to begin accepting ourselves for who we are, and where we are at in our lives and what are true capabilities are. There is a such a thing as self-abuse and morbid reflection, let us stop practicing those bad traits if that sounds like you. We are not perfect we are just trying to improve ourselves steadily over time. These practices are designed to help us get out of ourselves, and to help improve our thinking, self-esteem and self-worth. I believe that when you begin to incorporate these practices into your daily routine, you will begin to see some awesome changes in your life. May you find love and peace as we travel this road of life
