Life is interesting and full of surprises, with new people to meet and new places to go. Life is also mysterious and puzzling. Living life for fifteen years, there are several things that I am thankful for. I am thankful for the positive and the negative in my life. It makes my life interesting and worth living. Despite taking many aspects of my life for granted, I am thankful for all of the blessings in my life.
First, I am thankful for everyone in my life, especially my family, friends, mentors, and educators. My parents have been with me since I was born. The world has terrible things such as poverty, hunger, disease, and etc. However, I am fortunate enough to have clean water and medicine so I don’t get sick. I am thankful that I am able to eat healthy home cooked meals every day. I can live life to it’s fullest every day because of this. Modern medicine has given me a healthy family that I celebrate life with. I am grateful for that fact that I don’t need to worry about diseases in my water or food. I am thankful for rarely getting injured or ill. I am thankful for having a body that can run, stretch, and play. Also, I am grateful for a stress-free mind that can push me toward success. Most importantly, I have the strength to live a happy life and spent time with the people I love.
Finally, I am thankful for life and everything it has to offer. Waking up and being alive every day is something I am thankful for. I am thankful for all the people that have come and gone in my life. They have influenced the person I am today. I am thankful for all the experiences I’ve had in life. I’ve made mistakes in life and I am grateful to have learned from them. I am thankful for having supportive family and friends. I am grateful for good food, water, shelter, electricity, religion, health, peace, and happiness. Life is a miracle and worth being thankful
