Hi Ataya,
I think finding the teams motivation is a great way to make sure the employees continue to follow the owner’s policies Sarah is enforcing. I think hearing them out is a great idea too, but I also think Sarah should have more control as the manger on where she places her employees. Sarah can use the workshop as a guide on how well the employees did and place them accordingly to their strengths and where they can gain the most experience. I also think a raise is only needed when an employee shows a tremendous accomplishment or extremely good work and effort. I do not think all the employees should receive a raise all at once, and it actually may cause them to lose motivation. Having a reward system would be a great way to reward and
