As a nurse I want to do everything possible for my patients, and believe that everyone should have access to the best care available. As a taxpaying American I know that lines have to be drawn and difficult decisions made. For the sustainability of our healthcare system we have to be our own stewards of resources. I do not know how to fix the system, but pray that those in charge use good and thoughtful decision making as they proceed to make changes.
