Dopamine is released when you have finally reached a goal and this hormone is very important when wanting to complete a big task. Without dopamine, you would not be motivated to keeping working hard for something you greatly desire. Dopamine can easily be achieved by having goals every day and awarding yourself for finishing an activity. You can start off by setting a small goal of going to the gym at least twice a week, then working yourself up to going every day of the week. After completing the task of going twice a week you feel great because you completed a task you said you would do.
