Four of the chemicals there are mentioned are: Endorphins, Dopamine, Serotonin, and Oxytocin. Sinek touched on each of these chemicals to explain the chemicals significance on achievement. Endorphins are the chemical released to mask whatever pain we may be putting through our body. This is the chemical that helps us to keep going and achieve our goals. Dopamine as well is a goal achieving chemical and makes us feel good. This chemical can be dangerous when abused because it can make us feel good instantly. This lesson can be applied to future military or even current to help explain the importance of these relationships. This reading has explained the key features and how to adapt to become a great leader in modern America. I can use this reading in the future to protect the soldiers I may lead as well as developing these relationships that could make or break a situation. These soldiers will be more likely to perform better knowing they have someone to back them up or even knowing the mentality that someone is there to protect each decision they may
