Room and Event Salesperson
A room and event salesperson will qualify good business leads over the phone, then make private dining and catering arrangements with clients. They must be knowledgeable of menus, prices, wine selection, billing needs and media requirements. They must share party details and menu information to the appropriate restaurant areas in timely manners. Room and event salespersons will greet client at the event, introduce them to the assigned service team and remain present to resolve any issues. They will follow-up with clients during the week by sending thank you letters with exclusive deals.

Sales Directors
Sales directors usually work for hotels and casinos. They develop sales strategies, build internal processes and achieve growth goals. Sales directors must partner with marketing, operations and customer service teams to maintain end-to-end processes that accelerate sales velocity and achieve customer satisfaction. They will establish smooth workflows and communication frameworks within all departments to drive customer value and retention.
